Careers at Log Masters Restorations
We restore log homes and cabins across over 14 states. The work is hands-on and outdoors. You strip old finishes, repair and replace logs, and seal homes back up so they last. Most of these homes are worth well into six figures, and the owners trust us to treat them right.
We are hiring people to work directly on our crews. You do not need log home experience to start. You need to show up, work hard, and want to learn a trade.
Why Work at Log Masters
Steady work. Our phones stay busy through the season, so our crews do too. This is not stop-and-start work.
Paid training. We teach you the trade from the ground up. Media blasting, staining, chinking, caulking, and log repair. You learn all of it on the job.
Real benefits. We cover health insurance, paid major holidays, and vacation and sick leave. On travel jobs, we pay for your hotel and give you a per diem for food. We provide the tools, equipment, and transportation you need to do the work.
Skills you keep. Log restoration is a real craft. Once you learn it, you own it for the rest of your career.
See new places. Our crews travel across three states. If you like working in different spots rather than the same site every day, this job offers that.
Room to move up. Some of our crew members have grown into roles as crew leads, project managers, and sales professionals. We promote from inside when we can.
