Welcome to Log Masters Restorations. This page outlines our Terms of Service and Conditions of Use for clients engaging with our services, website, and payment platforms. By visiting our website or submitting payment through our invoicing system, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.


1. Services Provided

Log Masters Restorations provides professional log home restoration services, including but not limited to:

  • Media blasting and sanding
  • Log repair and replacement
  • Chinking and caulking
  • Staining and sealing
  • General log home restoration consulting

All services are performed by trained staff or subcontractors with a commitment to quality, safety, and structural integrity.


2. Payment Terms

  • Standard Payment: Most projects are invoiced upon substantial completion. Payment is due in full at that time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prepayment Requirements: Clients with past due accounts or payment risk history may be required to prepay in full or provide a material deposit before work begins.
  • Deposits for Materials: Any materials purchased in advance using a deposit become the property of the client. These are non-refundable and stored at Log Masters’ facility or delivered to the jobsite as arranged.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, cashier’s check, money order, or approved wire transfer. Third-party financing may be available upon request.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Because most invoices are paid after the work is done, there is no need for general refunds.

Exceptions:

  • In the rare event a client is required to prepay and refuses reasonable corrective service for a documented workmanship issue, Log Masters may offer a partial refund, solely at our discretion.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Services already rendered
    • Prepaid materials (they belong to the client once purchased)
    • Equipment rentals or labor already scheduled or incurred

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    • If canceled within 30 days of the scheduled start date, any prepaid equipment rentals or material orders are non-refundable and the client is responsible for those costs.
    • If the client cancels after services have begun, they agree to pay:
      • All expenses incurred up to the cancellation date
    • A 20% Early Termination Fee, based on the total contract, to cover lost scheduling, labor planning, and project disruptions
  • Log Masters-Initiated Cancellation:
    • In the event we must cancel your project, any materials purchased with your deposit that are stored at our location will be delivered to your residence free of charge.

5. Ownership of Materials

All materials purchased for your project using a deposit are your property—even if stored at Log Masters facilities. If your project is canceled, you are responsible for picking up those materials or arranging delivery (unless we cancel, in which case delivery is free).


6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise required by your state of residence, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, where our company is headquartered.

Clients agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greene County, MO or Denver County, CO, based on the service location.


7. Limitation of Liability

Log Masters Restorations’ liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question within the previous 12 months.

We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to personal injury, willful misconduct, or fraud.


8. Conditions of Website Use

By using our websites (www.logmasters.com or www.logmastersrestorations.com), you agree to the following:

  • Privacy: Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.
  • Electronic Communications: By contacting us through our site or submitting payment, you agree to receive digital communications (emails, invoices, reminders, or updates).
  • Content Use: All images, logos, and content are property of Log Masters Restorations and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Agreement to Terms

By making a payment, signing a proposal, or continuing work with Log Masters Restorations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Conditions of Use.
