“I feel truly blessed to have found Log Masters Restorations—by chance, through Perma Chink’s ‘Find a Contractor’ feature. When I clicked, there was this amazing company, just waiting to help. I reached out to Dawn Smith, explaining the issues with my log home, and she immediately connected me with Nick Smith. From there, the process began.
Nick was wonderful, reviewing the pictures I sent of the problem areas and walking me through every step of the work that needed to be done. He reassured me that, once completed, our home would look brand new. A date was set, and soon Nick, Scott, Phil, and Rylan arrived with their trailer and pickups. After they walked me through their plans, I knew right away this was the perfect team. Their knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic were like a dream come true.
Phil and Rylan worked nonstop each day, and seeing the daily progress was incredible. The pride and dedication they brought to their work was evident in every detail. Every morning, our dogs, Klaus and Dottie, greeted them enthusiastically before they continued their work, and it was clear that they cared about the home as much as we did.
We couldn’t be happier with the final results. The peace of mind we now feel is a tremendous relief, and from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for a job exceptionally well done.
